| Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Renewal

Prerequisites: Current AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support Card and Basic Life Support (or ARC equivalent) cards.

| Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor Course
Completion of the course and AHA requirements will enable candidates to teach the BLS (Healthcare Provider) CPR courses, Heartsaver (Community) CPR courses and First Aid Courses.
Date: Friday, Mar 30, 2012, 8:30am-5pm
Location: NEMSA-Silsbee – 2600 Nerren Dr., Silsbee, TX 77656
Cost: $235 non-refundable (includes tuition, monitoring and Core Instructor Course package; additional costs for materials are the responsibility of the student)
Prerequisites: Candidates must have current BLS/HCP card and MUST acquire and complete the Core Instructor Course prior to attending course.

- BLS Instructor Manual (90-1036): $33
- BLS Course DVD (90-1035): $65
- BLS Course Text (90-1038): $12
- BLS Instructor Package (90-1037): $96 (includes Instructor manual, DVD and text with other extras)
Note:
- Candidates from the same site/location or who will be working together may share an instructor manual
- Each candidate should obtain materials, review instructor manual and view course DVD prior to coming to class
